Adult Discipleship
At FBC, we believe the church is the community where Christians pursue discipleship- spiritual growth and learning in Christ. The Bible affirms that discipleship best takes place in the context of Christian relationships (cf. Acts 2:42-48, Colossians 1:28-29, Hebrews 3:12-14). We seek to grow in godliness and share life together in three specific ways: Life Groups, Life University and Life Care

FIRSTkids
FIRSTkids is about partnering with you, the parent, in discipling your kids. All of our volunteers are trained and background-checked, and you will always know the plan, the schedule, and where your kids are at all times. We have a lot of Christ-centered activities to help you disciple your kids from babies through 6th grade!
Students
Park Street Youth Ministry exists to reach and disciple youth in Christ. At FBC it is our desire to come alongside the family and partner together to instruct our youth, even youth with special needs or disabilities. We look to engage young people in grades 7-12 with the transforming Word of God and the power of His Holy Spirit through energetic activities, focused study, and passionate outreach.

Adults
At FBC, everything starts with the Word of God: the Bible. Because to know God, we need to hear from Him. While everything else changes, the Word of God doesn't. In this broken world, we choose to live our life based on the one thing that doesn't change every time society does. We do this, together, gathering and reading God's word, asking His Holy Spirit to teach us and guide us. Our primary way to do this is Sunday school. While we live our lives imperfectly like everyone else, we grow in a loving relationship with God and one another as revealed in His word by His Spirit.

Seniors
The Senior Adult Ministry seeks to point seniors to Jesus. It's a special time of life, and at First Baptist we work across generations to serve all people. We provide seniors opportunities for spiritual enrichment and growth in addition to Sunday School and Discipleship Training, and provide interesting, entertaining, and affordable trip venues encouraging FBC’s seniors to invite their unchurched friends. In addition, we give support and are a resource to seniors with age-related needs.

Women’s Ministry
Every woman was made in the image and likeness of God. Our true worth comes from God. The world will tell us that our value is based on our looks, on our status, on the behavior of our children. By fits and starts, it will tell us that we are amazing and then that we are nothing at all. But here at FBC Park Street, we walk together, encouraging one another in what is true. When we walk together, we help one another. The Women's Ministry at FBC Park Street is committed to seeing women equipped for the journey, guiding them in God's Word and in grace. God has been zealous for us. Let our hearts be zealous for Christ!

Missions
Missions at FBC is not meant to be a one-time trip or service project - it is taking the gospel to places where there are people who have never understood it, and returning to disciple them. This might be people in our lives every day - where we live, shop, and work...or all the way across the world. We began doing this with Lottie Moon in the 1800's and are still doing it today.

Worship
Musical worship in the church should serve to deepen the impact of the gospel in the hearts, minds, and lives of Christians. Music is a gift from God that helps us express our worship to God, encourage other Christians, and extend the gospel to the world. At FBC Park Street, we sing songs that are biblically-faithful, theologically-rich, and gospel-centered.

Special Needs
God’s heart is for all people, regardless of their circumstances, needs, or abilities. Pathway Special Needs Community is a path for those with special needs or disabilities (as well as their families) to grow in God’s love for them through Jesus Christ.

FAITH Riders
Ride with purpose. Ride for FAITH. FBC Park Street is passionate about pointing generations to Jesus...bikers included! If you ride or just love those who do, join us as we point bikers to Jesus as an official chapter of FAITH Riders Motorcycle Ministry. And we love to ride, and do it all the time. We've got monthly rides you can join in.
