Tuesday Mornings from 9:30-11:30 am

2 Samuel/1 Chronicles go through the books, precept-by-precept style. We’re offering 2 homework options for this study within the same group.
- You may take the “In and Out” Study that will require an average of 3 hours of homework a week (a $14 book is needed for this option.)
- You also have the option of taking “Precept Upon Precept” which will require an average of 5 hours of homework a week (an $18 book is needed for this option)
Both of these studies follow the same guidelines and order for 2 Samuel/1 Chronicles, the Precept Upon Precept course simply goes a little deeper. Discussion will mainly be focused on the information in the Precept Upon Precept book. Childcare may be available, that option is shown after you register.
Colossians and Philemon – Precept Upon Precept
Tuesday Mornings from 9:30-11:30 am
What does it mean to be “complete in Christ”? Is Christ your “all in all” – does He meet all your needs? Don’t let anyone delude you with man-made philosophies or traditions that contradict the Word of God.
Taught by Precept-trained leaders Lyn Cooke and Joan Smith
Colossians and Philemon go through the books, precept-by-precept style, which requires an average of 5 hours of homework a week (a $21 book is needed.)

Overcomer – Who does God say you are?
Wednesdays from 6-7 pm
Taught by Darla Rose
Many people feel they are less than who God says they are. We get our identity from our careers, our political positions, our roles in the family, and a number of other lesser things. However, what is most true about us is that we are made by a God who loves us, and the gospel can bring us into a relationship with Him. When we understand who God is, we more fully understand who we are. This small group study uses clips from the film Overcomer to examine how we determine our identity and how we can find our true identity in Christ.
Cost is $10. Free childcare may be available, that option is shown after you register.
W.O.W.: Women Of the Word
Therefore, I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. (Romans 12:1-2)
Scripture is God’s authoritative means of instructing us in His ways and it reveals His holy pattern for our womanhood, our character, our priorities, and our various roles, responsibilities, and relationships. In addition to that, it is the very words of God. It’s wonderful to hear from Him!
In WOW, we:
Seek to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
Gladly yield control of our lives to Christ as Lord– we will say “yes, Lord” to the Word and the will of God.
Be women of the Word, seeking to grow in our knowledge of Scripture and to live in accord with sound doctrine in every area of our lives.
Nurture our fellowship and communion with God through prayer–in praise, thanksgiving, confession, intercession, and supplication.
We have different short-term WOW groups from September-December and January-April. We’ll link the new studies as they become available, or click here to get added to our awesome spam-free email newsletter we call The Tie.
